Kaelthas Vir'Dulvor

Kaelthas Vir'Dulvor’s bronze scales are scuffed at the shoulders, and his horned crest is bound with a strip of blue cloth. He wears a warlock’s charms beside his clan insignia and speaks plainly, even when bargaining with the force that grants him magic. He gives the hungry his coin before buying supplies, then insists they repay him by passing the kindness on.
