Xylaris N'verith

Xylaris N’verith is a gaunt shadar-kai warlock with pale grey skin, hollow black eyes, and white hair shaved above one ear. Black tattoos cover her throat and fingers, each marking a bargain sealed in blood. She laughs during executions, collects the names of everyone who begs, and spends her stolen gold on rare poisons and better ink.
