Brinzel Tholquar

Brinzel Tholquar is a rock-gnome with reddish tan skin and a grin that shows brass braces in his teeth. He wears a patched coat of weathered felt over a harness of tiny clockwork vials. When spells draw near, his thumb taps a copper ring and he mutters three name-titles at once, too fast for most to catch.
