Thalrune Qirash

Thalrune Qirash wears a sun-bleached leather jerkin stitched with boiled-salt thread and tightens it with iron buckles before every march. Their shifting fur runs in dark bands along forearms and jaw; elongated canines show when they speak in clipped, exact phrases. After their first fight broke a treaty pact, they swore to settle disputes with counted strikes, not speeches.
