Phaequor Lunedh

Phaequor Lunedh has blue-green skin, finned ears, and webbed hands scarred by years of reef hunting. They carry a coral-handled axe and keep a shell ledger of every oath they make. Phaequor enters battle after warning foes twice, then rages with their teeth bared and feet planted hard. They defend stranded sailors, settle disputes by written law, and repair broken gear before sleeping.
