Joraxhi Thalrin

Joraxhi Thalrin keeps his claws clean and his scales oiled, even after a fight. The tall lizardfolk carries a notched stone club and settles disputes by naming each offense, its cost, and the proper repayment. When anger takes him, his tail sweeps the ground and his crocodilian jaws lock on until the debt is paid.
