Lyshiel Kelpwhisper

Lyshiel Kelpwhisper’s aquamarine skin darkens to blue at her gills, and kelp-brown hair drifts loose around her shoulders. She taps her webbed fingers against her staff when impatient, then lets sorcery spill from her palms to free a trapped sailor or ruin a smuggler’s cargo. Her favors come quickly; her plans rarely survive the tide.
