Quareen Skydancer

Quareen Skydancer keeps their brown-and-grey feathers meticulously groomed and their talons polished to a dull shine. They speak in clipped orders, trace spellwork in the air with one feathered finger, and expect every promise to be honored to the letter. When someone breaks a bargain, Quareen remembers the exact words—and the price they agreed to pay.
