Velkarn Throghul

Velkarn Throghul haunts the Underdark with his iron-banded armor half-dusted in gray dust, every rivet etched with clan-glyphs he polishes mid-argument. A duergar paladin, bald and lean with jet-black eyes, he never chants—he counts prayers in clipped syllables, then raises his shield stamped with a Laduguer sigil. When sunlight hits, he squints and orders his mercy from behind cover.
