Bralor Pyndarin

Bralor Pyndarin is an air genasi wizard with pale blue skin, white hair lifted by a constant breeze, and pale eyes that flare when he casts. He pins spell notes to his coat with copper clips so gusts cannot scatter them. Bralor speaks quickly, interrupts pompous officials, and opens locked doors for refugees, smugglers, and anyone trapped behind them.
