Zanthir Vossar

Zanthir Vossar’s blue-green skin stays cool and damp, and his dark hair drifts around his face as if stirred by a current. The water genasi cleric keeps his robes neatly tied and his holy symbol dry, even in rain. He listens without interrupting, then offers blunt counsel in a low, steady voice.
