Xaletera Nighthaven

Xaletera Nighthaven is too small for the oaths she carves into other people’s lives. Her translucent insect wings click softly behind her as she floats just off the ground, leaving a faint, pale shimmer in torchlight. A nickel-sized holy symbol hangs on a chain of bone-white beetle shell. She wears a dented tin breastplate over a stitched, thorny surcoat, and her blade is etched with names she never shares.
