Velquarn Aelithra

Velquarn Aelithra is a slender drow bard with obsidian-black skin, pale lilac eyes, and white hair braided with silver wire. They keep a polished viol tucked beneath one arm and a ledger of promises in the other. At every village stop, Velquarn records unpaid debts, settles arguments with a song, and refuses payment until the poorest listener has eaten. Their jokes are dry, their cuffs immaculate, and their repertoire includes a verse for every law they have helped defend.
