Vektar Xalun

Vektar Xalun bares clawed hands and speaks in short bursts, scribbling spell runes in the grit with a charcoal stub. Their polar-white bearfolk fur is shaved close along the arms, leaving a darker stripe down the chest like a practiced scar-pattern; frost always clings to their sleeves. They carry a cracked tuning fork made from ship-iron—“for borrowing thunder”—and crack it before casting, daring the room to misbehave.
