Tarlok Ebonwave

Tarlok Ebonwave keeps his shell polished and his songbook dry, tucked beneath one thick arm. The stocky tortle bard sings in a gravelly baritone, pausing between verses to straighten crooked signs and settle tavern disputes by quoting local law. His clawed fingers keep time on the table; he expects the room to listen.
