Rhyzlon Dakarn

Rhyzlon Dakarn presents a lean physique, his skin a textured aquamarine hue, reminiscent of the ocean's depths. Thick, scaled patterns are evident along his forearms and neck, glistening when caught in the light. His hair, absent, in it's place a bald head and a large shark fin on his back. He wields a staff crafted from driftwood, its surface etched with runes that pulse with an azure glow.
