Quistiv Marnel

Quistiv Marnel is a bare-footed halfling monk with a warm, round face and tightly curled hair shaved close at the temples. He bows politely before fights, then breaks fingers with quick, practiced strikes. At roadside inns, he shares jokes over the stew and slips sleeping draughts into the cups of anyone who has crossed him.
