Qiloria Gloomfeather

Qiloria Gloomfeather’s tawny feathers are kept clean, her flight feathers trimmed for close formation work. She drills with a hooked saber at dawn, reciting army regulations between strikes. Large black eyes track every breach of discipline, and offenders receive a written charge before she draws blood.
