Lyraen Vexdara

Lyraen Vexdara stands a foot tall with translucent wings that buzz like a trapped hymn, each feather catching lamplight as she pivots. She wears a broker’s coat with too-long sleeves and a belt of glass vials stoppered in wax. When startled, her hands leave motes of blue static on whatever they touch. She won her first spell by bargaining with a fae courier; now she taxes every rumor, flipping a coin before speaking the next word.
