Ranger characters

Nearly a third of the rangers here are elves or eladrin. The green cloak and the bow is a strong gravitational pull and plenty of these do not escape it. The ones that do usually change the terrain instead — coastal, underdark, city — and let the kit follow, which is a faster fix than redesigning the character.
