Sigrid

Sigrid is a beautiful water genasi. stands taller than most humans, with a broad, heavily muscled frame built like a ship’s prow. Blue skin gleams with a constant sheen, as if fresh from the sea, and thin streams of water bead along her shoulders before vanishing into mist. Her white hair falls in thick, rope-like lengths to her waist, drifting around her head as though she stands beneath deep water. Dark sea-glass eyes glow with pale blue rings. When anger rises, the air near her skin grows cool and damp, carrying the smell of rain on stone.

She wears a sleeveless coat of seal-hide over a scaled leather harness, its edges stiff with salt. Heavy iron bracers circle her forearms, each scored with old axe marks, and a broad belt, a whetstone, and strips of red cloth tied by those she has saved. Her greataxe has a black haft wrapped in blue cord and a broad, wave-notched blade that drips water even in dry air. She rolls one shoulder before a fight, bares her teeth in a quiet grin, and grips the weapon hard enough to make rivulets run between her knuckles.
