Kaisil grew up among the elves with a distant mother; her only caretaker was her mentor, who eventually vanished without a trace. Upon reaching adulthood, she began to wander, seeking to distance herself from the elves who did not accept her and hoping to uncover the truth about her mentor. During one of her adventures, she stumbled upon an ancient ritual site, and it was there that her gift manifested. Believing herself to be a danger to others as she struggled to control her abilities, Kaisil chose to live in seclusion for several years.
