This item is a black fedora with a blue feather attached to it. It having a black and blue belt with a simple silver buckle. This hat can be utilized as a Simple, Melee weapon with the Light, Finesse, Reach and Thrown (20 times your proficiency bonus / 100 times your proficiency bonus), dealing 2d4 plus your Modifier plus your proficiency bonus in Magical Slashing or Force damage. This weapon has a bonus to attack and damage rolls equal to half of your proficiency bonus. Regardless if the hat hits or misses, the hat returns to your hand.
