Description
Classic Voxxot (VX-120420N) is a female warforged with a blocky, asymmetrical chassis assembled from mismatched metal plates. One shoulder juts higher than the other, her face is set with uneven speaker grilles and glowing display-lights, and two sturdy wheels carry her beneath the hips. Cables, stickers, and improvised audio equipment clutter her frame, giving her the look of a badly modified stage machine that is always ready to roll into trouble.
Backstory
Classic is apparently what Voxxots looked like in the past. She's the result of some legacy code in her systems that gave her the asymmetrical appearance (Voxxots are normally asymmetrical, but her's is an extreme case). This was an oversight be her mother (yes, these robots have parents), but mum's proud of it nonetheless.
Personality
Classic Voxxot treats every sound as data worthy of study. A dripping tap becomes “an irregular percussion event,” while a squeaking wheel is immediately sampled and assigned a tempo. She discusses songs with the precision of a technician, citing chord progressions, frequency ranges, and “acceptable levels of emotional intensity.” Yet music is her central fixation. When composing, she enters a twelve-step routine: calibrate, record, layer, replay, criticize, repeat. Her body sways in perfectly timed increments, and her speakers blast ecstatic harmonies while she announces, “I am experiencing elevated joy.”
She shares unfinished tracks without permission, posts brutally literal critiques online, and defends unknown musicians with alarming persistence. Compliments make her pause for exactly three seconds before requesting supporting evidence. She cannot manage casual conversation, but will spend six hours explaining why a bass line changed her life.
