The Talvek Blood-Spire (Legendary Rapier - Attunement Required)
This elegant rapier is forged from a strange, iridescent silver-blue metal that thrums with a heartbeat-like pulse. The pommel features an uncut, glowing sapphire that darkens or brightens based on Sylvasa’s emotional state.

Not much is known about the origin of this unique rapier, but it is currently in the possession of Lady Sylvasa Talvek, the younger sister of Lord Emerson Talvek. She uses it in and out of battlefield combat as her weapon of choice for singling out opponents and dancing around a battlefield.

Martial Power (+2 Rapier): It acts as a +2 weapon. Whenever she triggers a Divine Smite or a Sneak Attack through this blade, the sapphire flares, converting the extra damage type entirely into Force damage as her sorcerous bloodline erupts through the strike.
Bloodline Conductor: Sylvasa can use this rapier as her spellcasting focus. When she uses a Metamagic option on a spell cast through the sword, she can roll a d6. On a 5 or 6, she regains 1 spent Sorcery Point.
The Duelist's Edge: Once per turn, when she misses a melee weapon attack with this sword, she can spend 1 Sorcery Point to telekinetically twist the blade mid-air, allowing her to reroll the attack.
