The Seraph's Bowstring

Wondrous Item, Legendary, Requires Attunement

Description

The Seraph’s Bowstring (or Violin Bow) Wondrous Item, Legendary (Requires Attunement by a Bard, Ranger, or Fighter) Gifted by Lytharia, this beautiful bow is made of polished white ash wood and strung with glowing silver hair from a solar. It can be used either as a weapon or as a tool to play a stringed instrument.

Lore

Lytharia carved this bow from a white ash tree. The tree was on a hill near a brook that she used to lay under to write her ancient magical hymns and poems about love that she would sing to the mortals that lived centuries ago. When she saw the tree was dying she chose to fashion the bow from its wood and enchanted it with divine magic, so that she would always have a reminder of the tree that helped her sow love and music into the hearts of the people she cared for.

Now, she searches for someone who embodies her beliefs and values love above all else as much as she does to continue to spread the value of love...
