Celestra Nyadwen

Celestra Nyadwen is a triton with scaled skin the color of slate-green blue, each scale edged in pale white. A tall fin spans her spine like a serrated crest. Her hair is wet-looking sea-green, tied with thin cords of black kelp fiber. She wears a fitted coat of dark leather with silver gill-like lacing at the collar.
