Kethor Vhalzrak

Kethor Vhalzrak is a lean, tall male with ash-gray skin and narrow, almond eyes. His hair is jet-black and shaved close at the sides, with a short ridge at the crown. A black cloak of scale-like leather hangs to his ankles, secured by silver bone clasps. His forearms are wrapped in dark cord and metal rings.
