Stigandr

Stigandr

Aasimar, Barbarian, Lawful Neutral

Description

Standing just over 2 meters (6'7") tall, this warrior possesses the physique of a man forged by decades of relentless combat rather than trained for appearance. His body is broad, dense, and immensely powerful, with thick shoulders, a barrel chest, massive arms, and heavily muscled legs that convey raw strength and endurance.

Though much older in truth, he appears to be in his early forties, his divine nature preserving him in the prime of physical maturity. His skin is weathered by harsh northern climates and marked by countless scars earned in battle. A long scar crosses his forehead, another runs down one cheek, while numerous smaller scars are scattered across his chest, shoulders, and arms.

His face is rugged and strikingly masculine, defined by a square jaw, pronounced cheekbones, a slightly crooked nose that has healed from old fractures, and short, rough stubble. His expression is almost always stern and focused, carrying the quiet determination of someone who has endured tremendous hardship without surrendering to it.

His piercing golden-amber eyes possess a faint celestial brilliance, subtle enough to appear natural yet intense enough to make others instinctively hold his gaze with caution.

Long, silver-white hair falls well past his shoulders in thick, windswept strands. A few small braids woven into the sides are decorated with worn bronze beads, quiet reminders of his northern heritage and those he has lost along the way.

His armor is built for survival rather than ceremony: overlapping plates of blackened steel reinforced with heavy leather, trimmed with worn furs from northern beasts. The equipment bears scratches, dents, and signs of constant use, meticulously maintained despite countless campaigns.

Across his back rests an enormous two-handed weapon forged from ancient dark steel—whether a colossal greatsword or a massive battle axe. The weapon's broad head or blade is etched with subtle spiral patterns, its weathered surface almost devoid of shine, giving it the appearance of something older than kingdoms themselves.

His presence is calm but imposing. He moves with deliberate control, conserving every motion, and even while standing still he radiates restrained power. Rather than resembling a flawless legendary hero, he looks like a man who has survived impossible battles, buried countless companions, and continued walking forward through sheer resolve.
