Jorvik Valsint

Jorvik Valsint is a short halfling with a lean, compact build and wind-toughened tan skin. His face is dusted with fine stubble; his hazel eyes sit beneath heavy, arched brows. He wears a slate-gray hood and a fitted leather coat with reinforced elbow patches. A bandolier of small throwing knives crosses his chest, each handle dark wood.
