Thulgar'shil

Thulgar’shil has olive-green scales, a narrow reptilian face, and a broad hood of skin behind his jaw. His vertical gold eyes sit beneath black ridges, while a forked crimson tongue shows between sharp teeth. Cobalt robes cover his lean frame, fastened with copper rings and a red crystal set into his throat.
