Backstory
He grew up poor and without family. He dove into crime and got into a lot of trouble. He was found by a feind and they gave him magic as long as he collects souls for the feind. He has turned the souls that hell his magic the most into his multicolored dice that he uses to make deals with people for their souls
Personality
He acts as a nice gentleman trying to help people with their troubles, but he doesn't ever care truly. All he cares for is his magic and his power. No matter how many souls he takes from people. He personally likes taking people's souls
