Elowen Tylaris

Elowen Tylaris has smooth, pale-blue skin and long white hair braided with copper rings. Her almond-shaped eyes are violet, framed by dark brows and pointed ears. She wears a fitted coat of midnight-blue velvet over silver scale armor, with crystal beads sewn along the sleeves and a red glass wand secured at her belt.
