Thalira has smooth, seafoam-green skin accentuated by flecks of glimmering silver, almost tattoo-like greenish-blue lines on her face, Her long, wavy hair resembles strands of ocean breeze blue, interspersed with shimmering aquamarine highlights that flow like water. She wears a flowing robe of light teal, lined with coral patterns, and carries a spear topped with a blue-hued metal tip, radiating an aura of the sea.
